Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Documents you upload — your dental treatment plan or estimate, insurance card, bills or EOBs, and any note you add. These may contain health and insurance information.
• Contact details — your email address and the ZIP code you give us.
• Payment records — order amount, date and status from Stripe. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

How we use it

Only to prepare and deliver your report and letter, answer your questions, process payment, and keep records required by law. We use artificial intelligence services to read documents and draft text, for that purpose only. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your documents or health information for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI document processing, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what its function needs. Our upload page carries no advertising or analytics trackers. We disclose information when required by law.

Retention

We keep your documents for no longer than 12 months, then delete them. Payment records are kept as required by tax law. You can ask us to delete your documents earlier at any time.

Your rights (California)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you will not be treated differently for asking. Send requests to support@izavu.com from the email you used with us.

Security

Documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection and stored encrypted on servers in the United States, with access limited to the people preparing your report. No system is perfectly secure; please upload only what your report needs.

Children

The service is for adults 18 and older.
