Terms of Service

1. What Izavu is

Izavu ("we", "us") is a document preparation service for patients in California. From the dental treatment plan or estimate you upload, we prepare a price report, an insurance check and a draft letter to your dental office. We are not a dental office, a health care provider, an insurer, a law firm or attorneys. We do not give dental, medical or legal advice, and we never say whether a treatment is needed — that decision stays between you and your dentist.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and tell us, for reviewing every document before you use it, and for deciding whether to send the letter and which office to choose.

3. Service and delivery

After payment we deliver your report and letter by email within 24 hours of receiving a readable estimate. If we need something else to finish, we ask by email, and the 24 hours start when we have it.

4. Fees, payment and refunds

The fee is shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If we cannot prepare the report from what you upload — for example because the estimate is unreadable or the treatment is outside California — we refund the fee in full. If we fail to deliver within 48 hours of receiving a readable estimate, you may cancel for a full refund. After delivery, fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. No guarantee of results

Whether a dental office lowers its price, or an insurer pays more, depends on decisions outside our control. Prices in the report come from the sources named in it and are informational, not a quote or a promise.

6. Communications

By placing an order you agree to receive emails about your order: confirmation, questions about your documents, and delivery. No marketing emails.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including the cost of any treatment.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
